What do you know for sure?

Hey guys.. so I am going to be real with you. My I woke up like this post I did a few weeks back is kicking my ass right now. I am honestly not “waking up like this” at the moment. I know that a lot of people online choose to only share the best parts of their life with you, and that’s totally ok, but Live Extraorindary is about living the best life and sometimes you get in your shit. I think it’s very important for people to see that others go through their own issues day in and day out but its how they choose to make their lives extraordinary by going to what they know instead of focusing on everything else. 

Let me put my issue on the chopping block so that I can work through it and hopefully show a different way of working through issues. Mine is that I kicked my workouts into high gear the last few months especially glute workouts, which you think is a  good thing but what I am FEELING is that I bulked up a little bit.. 9 lbs exactly. Which is totally fine but for me FEELS like a huge change. I am honestly caught up in the good and bad aspects of that change… but more so the bad ones. And this time I can feel the bad issues affecting me. I feel like I literally have sludge on me and in a sense I do. I am so bogged down by negative energy from ME TO ME. Its my inner diaologe with myself and its crap right now. To make a long story short – that rut I said I was in for 8 months and got out of I’m tip toeing back into it, however this time I am fully aware that its happening. This is why I am writing this post because I know in a way it will push me to get out of my feelings and into what I know.  I’m including you guys in this because I want to share the tool that I use to shift from the bad to the good. So my question for you and myself is… What do you know for sure?

What I KNOW for sure is that I am strong. 

What I KNOW for sure is that my strength allows me to take care of myself all the time. 

What I KNOW for sure is that I love being able to lift weight in the gym. 

What I KNOW for sure is that I love my upper body and how lean it is. 

What I KNOW for sure is that I gained a booty – JB will attest to it! 😉 

What I KNOW for sure is my muscle definition is still there – its just hiding lol! 

What I KNOW for sure is that I really am happy with my body I am just frustrated at the moment. 

What I KNOW for sure is I will get to exactly where I want to be – the timing just depends on me. 

What I am getting at is that I know that I am frustrated with where I am and have SO MUCH energy going toward what I am frustrated about that I am giving myself no room to move at all. I’ll be the first to admit I am a head case when it comes to my own issues. I constantly question and second guess all the time which puts me in a steel box with no way out.. even though I know there’s another way to do it. If I moved a fraction of that energy toward something that makes me happy about myself I would start a momentum that will carry forward what I truly want to happen. The question I asked above forced me to create positive energy toward aspects that I can smile about because I know they are true – in fact I am smiling as I type this sentence because I know that just by writing those sentences I’ve given myself a way out of that steel box and room to move! 

I’m really excited to share this post with you all because I want to be authentic to who I am and be real about life. I know that even when we are happy we have moments of uncertainty where we question ourselves. 9 times out of 10 we leave those questions spinning allowing more bad energy to come into our lives. Every time I’ve used this tool everything has ALWAYS worked out! It may take a second, hour, day, month, etc but in the end I get out of the feelings and into what I know and become the most confident, happy, beautiful version of who I am to myself. It just depends on how fast I get out that box how fast things in my life start to change! So get out of the feelings and into what you know!

    I can totally relate to how you are feeling. I struggle a lot with working through those feelings and I liked to way you worked through it, it helped me gain some perspective on how to work through it myself 😊
