On the fringe

Happy Friday!!! So this week I cut my hair short for the first time in 8 years and its safe to say I am still adjusting 😉 I still have quite a few outfits to share with you guys so it may be a while until you see it debuted here lol! This week has been CRAZY busy with the next step for Live Extraordinary and I am getting super excited to share that with you shortly!  Be sure to keep a look out on my Instagram – @keiamclean – a sneak peek is coming soon! Today I’m sharing a date night outfit that I wore a few weeks ago out to drinks & dinner with JB 🙂

We’ve been taking a trip out to Ann Arbor almost every week this summer for our nights out. I took JB to Bill’s Beer Garden for the first time a few weeks ago after having a great time with some girlfriends earlier this summer! They have a HUGE selection of drinks – their margarita’s are lethal 😉 and you can bring food in from the food vendors next door.

I cannot take credit for this outfit, JB actually bought my top & skirt its safe to say I loved it! Every once in a while he will buy me an outfit and I have to say he does a damn good job! Every time he picks something I say to myself that he’s really good at this and I look forward to seeing what he ends up picking out!

I kept it in the nude family for my shoes & bag because I wanted to let the skirt be the star! Both of these are Rebecca Minkoff and pair perfectly together.  And yes I know I have an obsession and I’m totally ok with it 😉 I kept seeing these sandals on several bloggers and was looking for pair of gladiator flats all season, when I saw them discounted at the Nordstrom sale I jumped on it and I’m happy I did !

Can we talk about this skirt for a minute?! It’s so flirty & fun! Right now I’m a sucker for fringe and this is such a different take on your standard brown or black and it’s perfect for the end of summer. It moves beautifully – clearly I was having some fun in it 😉 You could also easily dress it up even more with a pair of heeled sandals.

Surprise, surprise I’m wearing my Dita sunnies again and my Polar m400. Like I’ve said in several posts I’m almost always wearing my watch as you can clearly see I forget to take it off when I take photos lol! My necklace is from Ash + Ames and I am obsessed with it! I love mixing edgy and feminine and this was the perfect badass contrast piece to the all over soft look.

Have a great weekend!
