It’s Friday! I am on my way home from Grand Rapids for an overnight getaway with JB. We deiced to head to GR to visit the Frank Lloyd Wright house, and also saw the King Tut exhibit – which was amazing! If you like learning about Egypt and that time period I HIGHLY recommend it but then again I’m a bit of geek with that kind of stuff so I’m a bit biased 😉 After that we had dinner at one of our fave spots up there. Let’s just say he’s just acing it in the boyfriend department right now with these little trips lol! Anyway today I am throwing it back to an outfit that was shot a few weeks ago. Honestly like I’ve said we have been super lucky this fall in Michigan because it’s been like spring! And if you read my other posts you know I was holding on to whatever sandals and open toed shoes I could! So here’s a little Flashback Friday for you guys!
Can you tell this was taken a little bit ago 😉 Don’t let the green trees fool ya – up until yesterday we’ve been having just as nice weather!
I’ve always wanted to do a white denim and jean look and loved pulling this together!
This chambray top is absolutely perfect! I have searched high and low for a good chambray top that is both soft and sturdy if that makes sense lol! I want a bit of structure but still soft and durable and this one by TNA is all those things!
I kept it super simple with just a single long necklace. I LOVE this necklace that I got at Nordstrom last year. You will be seeing it in tons of fall posts that I have coming up because I just keep grabbing for it. It’s also STILL available online and would be a great gift for you or someone else 😉
Another thing that I have been searching for has been a good dependable pair of white jeans. These ripped raw edge denim are amazing! They are stretchy and super comfortable but hold their shape.
Now like I’ve said it’s been like spring in Michigan up until 2 days ago so I wanted to show how these sandals can be worn dressed down too! I’ve said in other posts that these are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn and I love the sparkle detail on them. Its the perfect pop of something and if you will be somewhere warm for the holidays then you could totally rock something like these babies!
Love the pewter gold mix on these!
Hope you guys enjoyed this little throwback! I know I missed my weekly #LOVELULUS post last week but I will have one up FULL of tons of holiday pieces! Until then have a great weekend 🙂
