CASUAL DATE NIGHT STYLE

Hey guys! Hope your weekend was fun! I was busy getting some posts together and getting some things situated at work so that I can enjoy Arizona! J and I spent Saturday running errands, grocery shopping – you know fun things lol! We also went to our fave dinner spot recently 2Fogs Pub. Honestly the weathers been super crappy the last week so we kept it casual for date night this week 🙂 Today I’m sharing that look with you because if you’re in a climate like Michigan then you’re in that fun season where it can be beautiful or  winter outside! Keep reading if you want to see how I stay warm & cozy during this awesome transition season ;P

On another note this is going to be my last post (I think lol!) until I get back from AZ. I just want to take some time with J and my family to enjoy, explore, and relax. I am BEYOND excited to have new content from AZ when I get back (travel guide & outfit posts!) as I’ve wanted to do one for there for a year now! Now that I know it better and were doing a little more exploring I am so excited! I’ll still be active on Instagram (@keiamclean) & Snapchat (keiamclean) if you want to stay in the loop while I’m gone 🙂 Until then enjoy the post below!

You guys know I’m all about comfort! When I can stay cozy on a date night those are my faves! This look is a combo of some favorite pieces that are perfect for a causal dinner and coming home to chill with your person and fur baby 🙂

Of course a perfect chill outfit includes leggings! If you’re in that percentage that doesn’t view leggings as pants you’re missing out! If you’re an on the go girl they are the perfect piece to go from a fitness class to running errands to grabbing coffee, etc! I love that you can dress them up or down but you still feel like you’re lounging at home 😉 My favorites ones are my suppppper old Lululemon brushed ones – they feel like buttuh inside lol! – but truth be told you can find great ones just about anywhere especially if you’re going for basic black.

You can’t be cozy without a sweater in my book. Make it lightweight and slouchy – you’ve got a win! Funny story about this sweater, I had packed it away in some random place and when I put my winter clothes out one year I couldn’t find it. So I did what any normal person would do lol – I googled about every term I could to track it down because I was in seriously love with this baby! I actually did find it after days of searching lol so I snatched it up – btw we’re talking about finding it a year after originally purchased so I’m pretty proud of that searching! Somehow though I ended up finding my original one and now am stuck with two lol! Anyway 😉 this Michael Stars sweater is everything a sweater should be its warm enough for that spring chill and long enough to pair over leggings so you feel comfortable.

These babies are brand new and if you’re looking for hoops I would snatch them up now! I am a hoop girl especially silver ones and wear my Michael Kors ones pretty much every time I grab for earrings. I was getting a bit tired of them though and found these Rebecca Minkoff ones at Nordstrom and I love the whole look of them! The little bead stays still but adds just enough flair – plus they are a perfect size!

Now these boots were my first big purchase I ever made. I saved for a whole year to get them after seeing Kate Beckinsale rock them time and time again. I will say that I wish I would have known to do more research then because they are a bit small but by far the best quality I have ever had in a shoe. Like I said in a previous post I now do my research throughly before investing in any big ticket item. You always want to get the most bang for your buck and shop around. The reason I had to have these was I loved the biker detail and the slouchiness. I liked that they looked lived in already and they were and are still different than any boot I have.

Hope you enjoyed this quick little post and have a great week you guys! See you in a bit 🙂
